Launched in 2015, Bertolone's is well-known for its authentic Old World inspired Italian recipes. While we may seem like a relatively new establishment, our history dates back to the early 1980's.
In 1981, Giuseppe "Joe" Bertolone founded the original Joe's Italian in Gilroy, CA where it became a landmark establishment for more than 25 years. After selling the original Joe's Italian, Joe and his wife, Elvira, moved to Alabaster, Alabama where they established the second famous Joe's Italian in 2007.
Sonia Bertolone carries on the tradition that her parents began and now offers the opportunity for others to join along side as the family business continues to grow. With a rich heritage, Bertolone's is committed to serving great food at affordable prices.
